Highly recommend for your 88 standard 4 runner harness
They were easy to install, I can't imagine it being easier. Couldn't be happier once installed, the fronts weren't installed yet, but the shocks practically raised my entire truck 1-2 inches, mostly because the shocks I removed were completely removed. They definitely had more room to bounce or stretch than any other shock I've installed.
