I bought this to replace my previous bag. I would say this one is more durable. If you see reviews complaining that part of the touchpad on the remote is covered, that's normal. All covers are the same as mine. It's hard not to cover it because it's edge to edge. I love the design and that was the only reason I chose this one and I'm very happy with it. The ONLY negative I can say about it is that it doesn't glow in the dark. I should have known better. No glow-in-the-dark items ever work properly. They don't hold the light. Definitely go with the original, which is what I had to do. I liked the way the original looks and is very visible. Because the glow-in-the-dark is transparent, the d-pad and buttons don't pop as much as they would if they were opaque.
