Excellent backpack. This company has thought of everything in the making. It will be difficult for a thief to open it. There is some kind of grid outside to prevent people from cutting themselves. A big hole that anyone can make is too small to steal from the inside. Plenty of room for a medium sized laptop (any MacBook or regular sized laptop will do - you can fit about 3 surfaces in it if you have a lot). We also had our kids' Kindle Fire and all the chargers. Even then we had space for children's clothing. It's not too small, not too big. My husband and I wore it, it was comfortable. We have traveled all over Europe with him. I cannot say enough good things about this product. I would buy this again.
