The actual equipment is very well put together. No difficult process to assemble it. The water floats a little when you press it. This will eventually stop once it seeps to the right level. That was really my only problem, and a very small one at that. (I also forgot to attach the suction cups, maybe that stabilizes it a bit) But! I'm obsessed with this business. I never really trained boxing/MMA. But people have a lot of content on the internet where they use it. I found a cool photo of Conor McGregor using it (or something similar) and just tried to reproduce it. In doing so, I realized that the best thing about it is the creativity. You can really start moving once you understand this. I can't walk past this damn thing in my garage without trying lol. Just before I go to the office, I will work on my technique very slowly and try not to sweat too much. Pat it off during exercise to sweat it out. Then apply some of the moves I learned from hitting a heavy bag. I don't have much experience with what it's like to have another person punch me all the time. I know that martial arts require you to keep moving, but this taught me the basics. Lean, crouch, back lunge, lock and roll. I wasn't comfortable moving a heavy bag until I started figuring it out. I've been hit a few times and honestly you recover if you don't want it to happen again lol. Great workout, great fun if you can stick it out for a minute or two. Even when I'm tired as hell, I keep doing a few laps to see if I can do better than the day before. my progress in practice. One weird thing for me is what to use while hitting him. Boxing gloves are almost a bit much but definitely work, the bare hand will smack you in the paws if you are consistent. I have soft hand wraps that I got from combat camp and they are perfect. My only advice is don't beat him unless you have combat experience of course. It's better to walk slowly, understand the movements and what to do so you don't get hit. If you do this, you'll end up getting everything faster.
