I returned it because the description and answers to all questions were missing. Let me be very clear about what you get. There are two of them. Here is a description of just ONE of them: Each has 12 credit card slots - 6 slots on each side. The two sides are connected. Think of it like an open book with pages on both sides. When it is open there are 6 slots on the left and 6 on the right. Thus, an insert has 12 slots. This is just a description of them. This item comes with two of the same. So if you are thinking that each of them has 6 slots and there are 12 in total, that is not true. I thought to myself. I needed a 6 card insert instead of a 12 card insert (6 slots on the left and 6 on the right) which didn't fit in my wallet. It was more than I need. Each slot can accommodate two cards and has proven to be durable and well made. I returned mine because I wanted a 6 and not a 12, but if I wanted a 6 I would keep it for myself.
