I love this TV. I can say 2 things that aren't positives: the sound is weak but I just hooked up a small speaker to it and now it sounds great. This is for a small room, so large speakers are not needed. He also had the wrong screws to screw the TV feet to the TV body. I've had a few that luckily worked. The package was opened or badly damaged in the mail. Anyway, it works fine, that's the bottom line. Update: The bottom line seems to be that this smart TV doesn't want me to make my own decisions. This TV has a mind of its own and is programmed to make you gulp what it wants. Terrible, this is the first and last smart tv I will buy. It wants to shove its agenda down your throat and make it difficult to navigate where you want to go to see what you want to see.
