This is a very basic wall mount for a small TV or monitor. I bought this understanding that it's basically unregulated. Installation was easy, almost everything is included (although you will need your own tools). Good price. However, what I really don't like is that after installing the monitor, I notice that the monitor tends to tilt down (bottom leans toward the wall, top tile outwards) no matter what adjustment I make to the screws. . The problem with this is that there is a large gap between the wall plate and the monitor pull-out plate. If the monitor is relatively heavier at the bottom (they should be stable on the table) then the monitor will naturally tilt. It's still usable, but I don't like it.
