I've only had this machine for about a week. I tested the bi-directional feature on multiple systems on my 2015 Impala LTZ. Has worked flawlessly. This is a big upgrade over the mk808bt. One thing I don't like is all the extra adapters in the box and such a big case. I am not a business. This is for personal use only. I will never use adapters. Too bad there was no way to get this device with just a scanner and key. But no. Don't give less stars. Again, this is a professional scanner. This is not my first scanner, I have had OTC, Stellar Diagnostics (Mercedes Benz) work on my stuff for years. Because I had an account set up with my mk808bt setup and signing up was easy. There is a lot of information to download. It takes time. Be patient. I have slow internet so it took 2 hours to update the scanner and install all the manufacturers I wanted. There are so many manufacturers I've never heard of. I need to program the BCM and key for my son's Escalade this weekend. I'm not worried it will. A little pricey for the average handyman, but with the complexity of new cars, I'm very happy with my upgrade. And satisfied with Autel.
