Very practical for my opinion

This is exactly what I was looking for.
Instead of plugging and unplugging a stereo system or microwave every time I use it, I just flip the switch. Perfect for when you don't want to be drawing energy constantly.

Pros

add up to 4 electrical fixtures on single switch.

Cons

very hard to remove plugs

I am able to plug in two ceiling lamps and be able to turn both lamps on with one click of a switch. Very convenient.
