The bracket is broken, the ball joint is poorly made, too many USB cables
Weak product, the plastic part that holds the bracket screw is broken and now can't be installed on the main bracket, so now only works separately as a flashlight and the problem with 3 USB plugs is silly why not add a 3 plug USB hub, I braided my cables together to avoid tangling, the product worked fine for the first few months until the Ball mount fell off and stayed in place. Overall I would say that if they fix these issues it might help.
