The corset was well designed and made of quality materials. It offered moderate support for my wrist. I followed other reviewers' recommendations and ordered a size larger than the manufacturer recommended. However, as others have pointed out, the thumb was still too narrow and restrictive; I had to cut the tissue on my thumb to allow for proper circulation as this actually caused my thumb to go cold and numb! That was of course a big disappointment. For me, once cut, it served my purpose on the day I couldn't wear metal/plastic reinforced braces. I say a facelift in the past tense because I probably won't wear it again. If the company corrected the ridiculously narrow thumb design I would most likely give them 5 stars.
