I was very happy to find this set because it showed that it goes one size over 00g but that is not the case. I have two sets of holes in my ears that I'm measuring so I can still use them for my second set, but I already have 00g for my first set so it doesn't do me much good. So if you want to get to this step after 00 or even close to 00g, don't buy this kit as it won't go below 0g. Other than that I think it's great for beginners but it just didn't help for me as I'm already a large size and I'm disappointed that the description wasn't more accurate. Due to the size of my current holes I can only use two pairs so it's not worth the money to me.
