Something in these materials is irritating my ears so much! I couldn't leave them for more than an hour without them getting swollen, red and itchy! I finally got my stone plugs and haven't had any problems since.

acrylic didn't let my ears heal properly which caused swelling and severe pain. After buying several in stainless steel, one of the sizes did not fit. The steel is about 1mm larger than my acrylic. In general, I would recommend stainless steel. I went the cheaper route and I regret it.

I bought this product a year ago and I love it! The perfect set to start with, after having to take them out the holes have shrunk. So I bought a new pack to start over. except this time I didn't get the full amount as promised. 5 calibers are missing! I don't know how to level up if important dimensions are missing. Needless to say I am VERY disappointed and will not purchase this product again.

It's good, the only part I didn't like is about half, it's not smooth anymore so it's a little annoying to go over that hump coming, but smooth sailing afterwards. I had problems with some connections. The indentation where the o-ring is is a bit sharp and I mean if you don't expect it you might bleed. Although this was not a problem up to gauge 6. So when you order them, have a look before you increase the size and be careful.

I ordered this kit a while ago and was very pleased. It arrived quickly and I liked that not only were they boxed together but the sizes were individually boxed. The plugs are great, my boyfriend and I have worn several pairs and they fit well. The only thing is the O-RINGS are SO EASY TO REMOVE and sometimes hard to put on. Tapers are good but I don't wear them as jewelry so can't comment on that. While it's a good kit, I wouldn't buy it again, but only because I'd stretch it out of stainless…

I was very happy to find this set because it showed that it goes one size over 00g but that is not the case. I have two sets of holes in my ears that I'm measuring so I can still use them for my second set, but I already have 00g for my first set so it doesn't do me much good. So if you want to get to this step after 00 or even close to 00g, don't buy this kit as it won't go below 0g. Other than that I think it's great for beginners but it just didn't help for me as I'm already a large size and
