This item is useless. When I first got it and set it up, it connected to my phone for two to three minutes and then disappeared from the Bluetooth list. So I looked up the troubleshooting and many other people had the same problem. The only suggestion I could find was to restart the phone. So I did. Reset the whole thing, all the settings, everything. And it worked, so I was willing to keep it. It's only been 3 weeks since I've had it and now it doesn't work. When I try to print photos, nothing happens. Not to mention the disastrous battery life. Every time I charged it fully, printed a few shots and turned it off. When I came back he was dead. That thing is a piece of shit. It doesn't have a lot of reviews and I think if more people bought it there would be a lot more bad reviews. I sent it back today and will be looking for a better printer.
