Problems sewing Velcro.

Let me start by saying how happy I was that this product was available to me. It was exactly what I was looking for. To show you even more how happy I am that I made this purchase, I would pay twice as much for it. Yes, I have to wipe it off with a magic eraser after a month of use. But when you work with dogs, everything gets dirty after a while. Right? It's said, and I know I'm not in a position to prove it, but straight out of the box the one with the white thread required some quick work on my part. I wanted to return it but didn't want to send it back and wait for a new one. So today I finally realized that I have to write this review to inform the manufacturer about poor quality of work. This afternoon while working with my dog I noticed that the other one was also starting to fall apart. This is a velcro stitch. So there's no real way to add menace to neoprene. Too bad they couldn't double stitch or stitch to hold it in place. Even gluing on the back might help. I understand they don't change all the time, but I need them to survive on my leash until I'm ready to take them off. It would be wrong of me not to admit that part of the label seems to keep the neoprene in order. If you are reading this and need this product, you should definitely buy it. Just be aware that the velcro seams can come loose faster than you think. I will be happy to delete or edit this review if the manufacturer wants to pay attention to the processing. I apologize again for not returning them when they arrived but I had a terrible situation with my dog and needed my help. I am happy to report that she is doing great so far. Kind regards.
