First of all it doesn't look like the picture. However, this is a BAG made by us with strong zippers and durable material. I doubt it will be fully waterproof, but it's weatherproof enough for most drives. It's capable of many things and is QUIET when cruising at highway speeds. I was skeptical at first, but overall it's very easy to use and install. Installation on a vehicle with or without a roof rack takes less than 10 minutes. I actually prefer the variant without attaching a roof rack. It is more securely attached to the car than plastic rails.
