We have used these to line the litter box for many years. It's as simple as taking it out, tying up a plastic bag and throwing it in the trash. When we started using them, sometimes the seams of the bags turned out to be defective out of the box - this didn't happen for a long time, and when it happened, Revain took care of us. Also, our cats seem to enjoy nibbling on shoelaces (although they are mostly invisible), which makes tying the bag a little difficult at times. Finally, I imagine some cats (ours never did) might scratch the liner at the bottom of the pot, causing a mess. In any case, we were very satisfied with these liners!
