The best thing about veritas is their customer service - they are constantly listening intently so you can be sure everything will work out perfectly in implementation phase as well! nothing really I dislike at this point but sometimes it's hard if we have some downtime between meetings or client calls because there aren't enough seats available (which happens often), however after few days things get back up again :) definitely consider them!! great team which cares deeply what our needs exactly may look like with regards solving problems together while implementing technology into organizations; highly focused specialists who never lose sight when working closely witth clients/users etc.; overall experience was very smooth from beginning till end since first meeting until final testing before release date - no issues whatsoever during process itself nor any delays due too lack of resources / capacity within organization.
