Suitable for MANY items!

I like it for many reasons. It's a great way to cook eggs, potatoes, pasta, basically anything you need to keep the colander out of the way after cooking. I've also used it in canning, it's great for dunking tomatoes in boiling water so you can peel before processing! Also works for blanching vegetables before freezing. I just love this new kitchen tool!
