Ordered and received the next day. Good packaging. Better than I expected for a typical kitchen product. Have used it for flour and sugar several times since buying it. Smooth feeling when using. I have experienced other sifters that the mechanism sticks and feels cheap. It's good. Stainless steel also seems strong. Cleans wonderfully. It's not the cheapest and it's not the most expensive; but the overall quality, design and price motivated me to buy it. So far very satisfied.
