It was fine. I bought a couple of similar reindeer - not sure if from the same manufacturer - and my old ones [10 years old] are bigger and much stronger than these. The Brite Star 3D Lighted Reindeer seemed to be cheaper in quality, with thinner metal in the frame and a lot less light than my old ones. All in all they worked great during the 4 weeks I spent outdoors. I have lit them every day from sunset to 11:00-12:00 and had no problems. Plus I placed them on a two story roof so they are completely protected from the weather and wind so I'm happy for the first year. They're just not as heavy as my original 3.
