Review on Conair BB075W Pro Blackbird Hair Dryer - Ultra Powerful 2000 Watt Styling Tool by Paula Jones

UPDATE 9 SEPTEMBER 2020: I still have not received a replacement Conair dehumidifier. I called to check the status; They told me they haven't even placed a replacement order yet and can't tell me why. They said they had to look into it and call me back in a few days. WHAT IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE?!?! I really wish Revain would allow a zero star rating. UPDATE JULY 2, 2020: So, on my third use of the hair dryer to blow my daughter's hair, the hair dryer just turned off. And never turned on again. It's now past the return period so I can't return it to Revain so I call Conair. Conaire says that before they can process my return, I need to cut the power cord to the dryer and send them a photo of the disconnected cord and dryer. I suppose I had to do this so Conair could prevent the refund scam. Hmmm, so that's what you think about your customers. Then after they get the photo, I have to wait 30 WORKING DAYS to get a new one. It's six weeks! How should I dry my hair at this time? I then asked for my money back so I could buy a new dryer. This request was rejected. Apparently, Conair considers this to be appropriate customer service. I WILL NOT BUY ANY CONAIR PRODUCTS IN THE FUTURE. First review: I used to have a Yellowbird dryer and had to use this dryer for personal use for 12-13 years before it stopped working a few weeks ago. I bought this blackbird thinking it would be the same, but unfortunately it is not. It dries my hair great but the heat level isn't right so my 4C hair doesn't get as straight. With Yellowbird I was able to straighten my hair without a flat iron. I can't get through that at Blackbird. I am currently looking for another dryer and any suggestions are welcome.
