These white plates look very nice but the screws holding the wires are so short and delicate that they don't always tighten. The threads are too thin to screw into the plastic so the plastic threads can be easily pulled off. I had several connections that required 2 wires twisted together and the screws that came with them would not thread at all because they were so short. I was able to get it to work using screws from the slightly larger original plates. Otherwise they look good and work perfectly.
