These men's sleep shorts fit my husband well. He is 6ft 2in tall and weighs around 195lbs. He wears mediums in sweatpants and boxer shorts. These mediums are roomy but not baggy. legs are free He believes they are comfortable for sleeping and relaxing. comfortable.
