Review on Zenefits Bot by Barry Smallwood

The most important part of this software for me was that it helped us keep track with employee's attendance, performance and other work related details in just few clicks. I feel like we are able to manage our employees at ease without any hassle. In addition, the UI/UX is easy to use and user friendly which makes it easier for everyone to understand especially my non technical team members. Sometimes when there is some issue or bug occurs then they respond really fast and solve them within minutes. It would be great if their support has more options available such as live chat option so that we can have quick response from them while using their product. I am satisfied by its overall features but I believe that sometimes my colleagues face difficulty during login process. For example, sometime we need to enter incorrect password multiple times before getting logged into account. There should be better instructions regarding creating user accounts. Also, sometimes it takes time to get notified about.
