I'll be brief, there's more wrong than right, but based on other reviews I might as well just go for a lemon. I wanted this for my son who is just starting out in life and needs some basic tools. And that's where the good things end. One reason for the low cost; only one battery, which means that if this battery dies, you have to wait another 15-30 minutes for it to be charged again. I haven't checked the price of replacement batteries, but depending on the brand and vendor, you'll have to pay anywhere from $20-$40 for a different battery. But now for the reason that it only gets two stars. I said it was a powerful motor (and relatively quiet) but it seemed to have only one speed and no torque control or hammer function. The motor can run at slightly lower or higher speeds, but this is only controlled by the set pressure and is exactly the same in speed 1 and speed 2. There's no torque control, and you can expect to remove your fair share of screws and bolts. And I couldn't test the hammer mode because there was no hammer. So, nice looks, nice features, looks well made/heavy. But with no speed control, torque control (particularly) and no impact function, it's the same 40-year-old drill bit working forwards and backwards. , and stop. And there is only one battery. Not recommended.
