Suitable for toddlers - can cut clothes
Great scissors for my 2 year old who likes to practice carving. We use them for both paper and plasticine. They will cut clothes so be careful. While I doubt they'll be effective at actually cutting through a piece of fabric, they do know how to cut holes in leggings as my 2 year old discovered, so just keep an eye out.
