I am 48 years old and have fair skin. I struggle with puffiness and wrinkles under my eyes, especially when I smile. I don't have a big problem with dark circles or crow's feet. I tested them without putting them in the fridge as applying something cold under the eye reduces puffiness. So I could only test the product for its advantages. I left it on for 25 minutes and then let it dry after removing it as instructed. I definitely noticed some differences in the wrinkles but no swelling. My before and after photos were taken in the same pose and with unflattering downward lighting, so I really got to see the worst. In the photos I was with my mouth closed and smiling (right). The top image in both were before photos. You can definitely see the difference in the lines in the version without the grin. I've also used them after they've cooled and the effect on swelling was significant and I'd give an extra 1/2 star if Amazon allows it. I won't give a full star because I still think cold pickles would probably do the same. Cold naturally reduces swelling. UPDATE: I found an additional use for these masks. Relief from headaches and migraines. The cold helps ease my pain! Also good for hangovers. After a big vacation, my husband and I felt terrible the next morning. I put this set on him despite his protests and he loved the effect. He immediately felt relieved, saying the masks "need to put pressure because I feel like they're helping my whole head."
