In the first week of using this jug I was ready to throw it out the door. I used it to keep my diffused water and went to the fridge when I wanted a glass. Several times there were no problems, then it stopped working. I had to open the lid and pour out the water like that. Then, after opening the lid so many times, the handle jumped out of its place and I couldn't get it to close the lid again. That's when I was ready to go to the trash can. I went back to Revain, looked at the picture again because I had thrown the box away. I enlarged it and then I saw what I had made. I repositioned the spout to the front and the handles didn't come together as expected. After a minute of setup everything works great and I'm a happy customer! SPIRIT OF ME
