LINING CANNOT BE REMOVED
In a previous review I wrote that these are not stickers because it literally took me so long to remove the backing. If I hadn't tried, I would have noticed that they are stickers. I had to cut one of the stickers in half and pick at the edge for half an hour to peel off the backing, and it doesn't help that the backing is some sort of transparent, motionless plastic. However, I wouldn't recommend it for stickers as it's too complicated for simple scrapbooking.
