Review on Beadaholique XTL 2150 Jewelry Hammer Head Metal by Kristen Simpson

This is a $2 hammer, anyone expecting to hit gold here is just plain stupid. I read reviews and saw a lot of comments about a dangling handle, a head that fell off on delivery so that's what I expected. It arrived a day late, honestly I expected it sooner, but I bought 3 and they were fine. I want them for punching pins so I don't want to have any problems later. I removed the head (it came off immediately), applied a bead of Gorilla Glue around the handle, tapped it again with another hammer and drove 2 3D end nails into the top of the handle. Then I filled the top with some sealer, waited a day and painted the sealer black. The hammers now match the $27 hammers I saw while searching! I know this sounds like a lot of work but it took 10 minutes each if that's the case and 4 ounce ball faced hammers are hard to come by at this price! It takes a little effort to set them up. The grips are good enough, not rough, and the heads are as good as any I've seen.
