Essentially the best tasting nutritious meal replacement shake, but that's probably because it's high in sugar. It's about the same in volume as soda (22g for 8oz and 35-40 for 12oz soda), which I don't think is exactly acceptable for this drink category. In fact, it is the drink with the highest sugar content in this category. But. I think it depends on your goals if it matters. I tested a number of drinks and in the end I liked Glucerna best, it's made by the same company. It's low sugar (6g) and made for diabetics, but I really like it as the taste/texture is very similar, just less sugar/carbs and more fiber and protein. It costs a little more, but not much. Well, that's my opinion. If sugar isn't your thing, make sure this is probably a good choice. But if your sugar intake is important to you, look elsewhere, as all other drinks I've tested have no more than 15g of sugar, not Sure's 22g.
