I'm a guy with curly hair about 5 inches long. I've been using this cream for 7 months now, everything is fine. I like the smell, it's not overpowering and doesn't linger. This is the only product I use on my hair. I apply it to damp hair, making sure to leave it on the ends for better absorption. Then I comb my hair how I like and let it air dry. My hair is very frizzy but with this cream it does a great job at frizz and keeps my curls looking healthy. After my hair is dry it's a bit stiff, all you have to do is lightly massage your scalp and tousle your hair. I do not recommend combing your hair with your finger or brush. Gently use your fingertips to massage your scalp and it will eliminate the feeling of stiffness and leave your hair very soft, healthy and fresh. To be honest I know very little about hair care and such, but I've tried a few other products on my hair as if trying to take better care of it.
