Review on RouteSavvy by James Eledge

I like how you are able to see every detail about your driver's trip history as far back in time (even years) using their phone number or email address for identification purposes! So many other companies only have access up until they've been identified with them by law enforcement agencies/private investigators etc., but not ROUTE AVVY!! It makes it so much easier when dealing with customer service because you know exactly who this person even if we don't currently work together will be coming from again sometime down the road. I like it because it's very user friendly. It has saved me tons of time in terms of managing my routes. There are some things you have to work around but nothing major. I wish it was more robust with its routing engine. Sometimes it will not route a waypoint correctly or take too long to do so. This is mostly in the winter months when there are more traffic events than usual. The ability to see the entire route before I enter each driver's information makes for less stress and quicker changes.
