Review on DJI OSMO Mobile Handheld Stabilized Gimbal with OSMO Base Bundle by Emily Reyes

I bought one in January 2018 and it has worked great for three months. Then the servos started overheating to the point where you couldn't hold or touch the camera arm and the unit would shut down. I took it in for warranty repair and when I got it back it worked for half a day and then it just died. No charging or trying to turn it on didn't help. I sent it in for warranty repair and when I got it back the servos immediately started overheating and the unit shut down after about 15 minutes. I went up a few levels between online chat and phone calls but they gave me no choice but to resend it, which I did (thought they should send me a new unit and I'll send back the faulty one). I guarantee all of these repairs will cost OSMO more than sending me a new unit, and each repair took about three weeks (nor did they send a mercenary while mine was being repaired). Now it works fine, it only overheated once in dozens of uses, but the battery life is only about 1-2 hours.
