Low Quality Vinyl: Scrapbooking and Stamping

Low Quality Vinyl! I have a lot of experience with vinyl! This brand's backing is of poor quality and sticks/tears when I try to use it on my Cricut (and it's not carpet). I spent more time scraping the backing than using the vinyl. Most importantly I have to cut at least 2 times to get all the letters! Very frustrating! Vinyl also doesn't stick very well to the backing, leaving bubbles before you even try to cut.
