NOT WORKING AFTER 2.5 MONTHS

Purchased 5/30/21. What a great price so I bought it. After 2.5 months, it will be locked on the login screen and cannot return to AMAZON for the last 30 days. I tried to support her, I just said to come back but Revane doesn't take it.
