I bought 2 pieces, pink and green. They were for my male and female spitz. They both arrived on time. I was pretty much expecting that as I have 2 others for my labs in red and one in blue. (From another company many years ago and still a work in progress.) The pink was perfect and I trimmed it to her size. The green one was broken and you couldn't turn it on unless you had something sharp as the on/off button was depressed deeply. Very difficult to get to. Anyway I contacted the company and they apologized and that I would have to contact Revain if I wanted a replacement when they didn't contact me to contact them and if that didn't work they said to call this number. I didn't want to go through hoops or pay to send it back so I just consider it a loss. I'll try to find out where I bought the other two collars for my labs as I mentioned they still work and it's been a few years now. These collars are good at night. I make them slightly larger so I can just clip them on my head by the collar with the name tags and that's it! I have a large wooded area in my backyard and you can see it clearly! Since I have different colors, I know who is running. UPDATE:::::12/22/17 The company contacted me after writing this review. They wanted to know if they should send me a new one if I change or delete my review. I agreed. So, yes, they sent me a new green collar. This was in excellent condition. No defects. So I'm changing my rating to 4 stars.
