Fan function stopped working after 5 months

The fan worked fine for the first few months. Now the remote doesn't work, the fan light is stuck and won't turn off until I turn it off with the switch and the fan doesn't spin at all. I tried calling support, of course no one is home. I left a message, we'll see if you call me back.
