The presence of numerous intermittent problems with USB devices connected to it.
It's working, but my Jabra USB speaker, mouse, and keyboard are having issues. They separate and often need to be disconnected and reconnected. But in StarTech's defense, it seems almost all of these USB docking stations have issues. And for the price. I think it's still a good option.
