I bought a used Schwinn Airdyne bike. I'm recovering from a shoulder injury so I don't sit on my road bike but use manual labor to rebuild my shoulder. I'm used to toe cages so I can both pull up and push down which is why I bought these pedals. I also bought some pedal extensions to push the petals further apart. These pedals are as good as any exercise bike paddle and better than most. You just have to be very careful with the Airdyne as the petals will NOT roll out causing the pedals to spin until the air wheel stops.
