I got this to dry my car after washing it. Overall the cloth is very good. The material is thick and plush, somewhere between terrycloth and microfiber. It has reinforced edges and rounded corners. It absorbs very well and leaves no lint. It can be machine (or hand) washed, although very logically the instructions state that if you are only going to use it on a clean car then you don't need to wash it. wash and just need to hang it up and air dry. I'd still say I plan on washing it after a few washes as you're sure the towel will pick up some of the dirt you might have missed in the wash. Overall, this is a great help when washing your own car.
