Cheap. May not be powerful enough for many applications. I could barely get my very light sports car into the trailer. If you are not sure, upgrade to the next model. The remote control is good too, but if the battery in the remote dies there is no way to even manually activate the winch. Just in case, I taped a spare battery to the back of the remote's case. It would be nice to have a button on top of the winch to act as a backup in case the remote fails. Generally a cheap device, but again the price is very low
