The support staff was very responsive once I submitted my request for implementation to their team. The team at Bglobal, did not have an adequate amount of knowledge about our business processes or procedures. They provided me with a great opportunity to learn from them, but they were unable to take direction or offer any guidance. The project management system was clunky to use. It took forever to send out quotes from vendors, which we used as part of a negotiation process. When it comes time to get estimates for work, it takes too long. If you want to solve problems, hire people who are willing to learn rather than just get what you pay for. We wanted to improve our sales process by having a better way to track customer interactions such as opportunities and accounts. I like everything about this software it's easy to use, the interface makes you feel right at home and it always gives me that little bit more when needed with all my campaigns. Nothing really! It has been very helpful for our small business which we are now expanding into different countries and markets. Our clients get more information faster than before as well as other benefits of using this system such as time-saving features and overall better organization of data.
