We bought this soap dispenser for our newly renovated guest bathroom which is rarely used. We finally had overnight guests for Labor Day weekend. Unfortunately, the soap dispenser left little impression on our guests. No matter how hard we tried to get the pump to produce the soap we poured into the dispenser, the pump didn't work. We tried draining the liquid soap and flushing the dispenser but to no avail. We tried pumping out the water but that didn't work either. save your money The GluBee soap dispenser is a piece of junk. GluBee then sent us a new dispenser that actually works. We are grateful for the prompt reply. Unfortunately we ordered 3 dispensers, 2 cheaper for our host and a more expensive one for our guest bathroom, which didn't work. We received a cheaper pump as a replacement. We now have 3 working dispensers, none of which look like the picture for this review.
