Installation was a breeze (and I'm not a spring baby - I'm 74). I have an iPhone 11 and it fits very securely in the holder. Rubber grips to hold each corner make it much safer. Have used it twice. One day I rode 17 miles on a trail near my home and another time I rode my bike 44 miles back and forth and rode 14 miles on the beach. The handle on the steering wheel didn't move. I also like the fact that it has a ball that you can use to change the angle. Very happy with this purchase.
