I bought this product because I just wanted to use a simple product (I prefer things that are easy, simple and to the point). So I was looking and wanting a tracker to track my steps and an app that would allow me to easily enter my steps at the end of each day. All other features (blood pressure measurement, sleep tracking, caller ID in messages on my watch weren't one of the reasons I chose this watch). From the reviews I realized that this watch is easy to use - NOT THAT! Firstly when I opened the product I should have seen it as a product return sign - the manual instructions that came with the watch are extremely complicated and make no sense to describe how the watch works - the customer service of this company. With this watch, my email review was right on top of the comment I mention here in my review! CM. Another application does not work. This means you can't sign up but can skip this part which doesn't make any sense and when I tried emailing this company for help it was pretty clear they were a company out of the USA and abroad - I spent several days a week, 2 to be exact, repeating my needs and asking for help - the person I emailed didn't understand English - so my time was up wasted - they asked me questions which were pretty obvious, they didn't understand my questions which was boring for at least 2 days - I just gave up, contacted Revane, shared my concerns and sent it back - don't waste time guys on this product !
