I rent and don't want to poke a lot of holes in the walls to fix later. I use these strips when I want to move one of the many command hooks I have. I bought these specifically for use with hooks to attach curtain rods. I've also used them to hang plants, Christmas stockings, seasonal wreaths, baby robes, my purse, and even put a wireless doorbell on my door. The reason I took off a star is that it has happened a couple of times that it doesn't come off properly and leaves a very ugly stain on the wall due to paint peeling off or something worse than a nail hole. But 90% of the time these stripes are perfect.
