Review on Convene Virtual Meetings by Ben Walls

I like that it is easy for people out side my organization (co-workers) or even those inside our organizations who are not familiar yet can have access without having too much technical knowledge required! The best thing about this software is how smooth your meetings run when using all available features such as call recording etc.. This makes running meeting so efficient especially if there's more than 1 person participating at once. There isn't anything really negative i dislike since its very effective but maybe some minor flaws could be addressed here & then we would love them again!! So far they've been great though sometimes things don’t always work perfectly which leads me into an issue next time around where another problem arises making use difficult until fixed properly by tech support staffs.
