I used this 2 years ago before switching to a more natural protein powder and adding more whole foods to my diet. However, after an injury and some weight gain, I decided to go back to it and use it until I got back to my previous weight. I'm glad it tastes as good as ever. It mixes easily with water and has no aftertaste when consumed. One small thing I noticed is that when I first opened it, some of the powder that was in the ridges of the screw cap came out and made a little mess. As far as I remember it had a peeling cap inside the lid. Maybe you should bring back that removable lid so people don't have to clean their desk the first time they open it.
